1. Flexible Thermoforming Film — Bottom Web

The flexible bottom web is formed on your thermoforming machine into the desired tray. Suitable for fresh and processed food.

  • Various thicknesses: 50µ – 280µ
  • Good puncture resistance and transparency
  • Various compositions (PA/PE or PA/EVOH/PE)
  • Sterilization- and pasteurization-capable
  • Special cooking film with excellent seal properties
  • Available in various colors

2. Rigid Thermoforming Film — Bottom Web

Rigid thermoforming film for products that require extra firmness and presentation.

  • Various thicknesses: 150µ – 1200µ
  • Very transparent
  • With or without barrier
  • Excellent formability
  • Available in various colors

3. Top Web

The top web seals on your bottom web and determines presentation, peelability and printing.

  • Various thicknesses: 30µ – 200µ
  • Various structures available
  • Peel or NON-peel
  • Anti-FOG
  • Transparent or printed (up to 10 colors)
  • Good seal and peel properties
  • Pasteurizable and sterilizable
